When I am not nerding out about various aspects of health, behavioral science, coaching, and business, you’ll likely find me playing and snuggling with my old rescue pup Sunny, hiking or biking on a trail, cooking a new recipe or finding a foodie spot, paddling down a river, reading a good thriller novel or something on personal growth or finance, planning my next camping trip or travel adventure, practicing Krav Maga, playing some 3v3 basketball, or maybe watching a medical drama (any Grey’s Anatomy fans out there?!) or catching some live music or musical theater in and around Austin, Texas.
